Combine yeast, warm water, sugar. Let it sit for 5 mins.
Add melted butter or oil, egg, salt, and 3 cups of flour.
If dough seems wet, add more flour 1 tablespoon at a time.
Knead for 2-3 minutes.
Rise for 1-2 hours, until doubled in size.
Divide into 6-8 balls, shape into buns, rise again for 30 mins.
(6 will make a standard size bun, 8 will make them a bit smaller)
Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 375°F for 12-15 mins.
