Pasta E Fagioli Soup
  1. Cook your pasta according to package but cook 1-2 minutes less. Once done rinse under cold water and set aside

  2. To a medium pot add olive oil on medium heat

  3. Add diced onions, carrots, celery, a little bit of salt and pepper, and saute for 5-7 minutes

  4. Add in minced garlic and seasonings and cook a minute or so

  5. Add ground beef a little more salt and pepper, break up with spoon, and cook until no longer pink

  6. Add beef bone broth marinara sauce, fire roasted tomatoes, beans, mix, add two bay leaves

  7. Cover and simmer for at least 30 minutes

  8. When ready to enjoy add in your cooked pasta and enjoy

  9. Note: the pasta will suck up a lot of the broth, so if you want to reserve the pasta on the side for leftovers I would suggest. If not just add extra bone broth when you are reheating your leftovers.
