Airfryer Lasagne Wraps
  1. Cook the veg in the oil until softened.

  2. Add the garlic and the mince and cook until browned, then add the tomato puree, the herbs and seasonings, the Worcester and soy sauce, stock and tinned tomatoes along with ¼ can full of water.

  3. Stir and leave to simmer for at least 20 mins.

  4. Spread ½ of the white sauce onto the centre of the wrap.

  5. Add the bolognese (reheated in the microwave for 2 mins first) followed by ½ of the cheese.

  6. Fold either side in and then roll it up, tucking it under as you go so it holds together nicely!

  7. Spread the remaining white sauce over the top followed by the remaining cheese and pop it into the airfryer for a few minutes until melted and crispy.

  8. Leave to cool for 5 mins, then cut in half and enjoy!
