Divide chicken into portions

Vacuum seal the seasoned chicken
Cook in a water bath (sous vide) at appropriate temperature for about 2 hours
Cool the cooked chicken
Store in refrigerator for up to one week or freeze for long-term storage
Use for meal prep bowls, stir fries, or rice bowls throughout the week
