  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and grease/line a loaf tin with baking parchment.

  2. Grate the carrots and squeeze out excess moisture with a tea towel.

  3. Combine flour, condensed milk, and carrots in a bowl.

  4. Add nuts or sultanas to the mixture.

  5. Pour the batter into the loaf tin and bake at 180C for 45 minutes.

  6. Let the cake cool before applying cream cheese frosting, if desired.
