Combine everything but the chocolate chips in a small microwave safe dish. I like using a 2-cup snapware container.
Microwave on high for 2 minutes.
If the middle is still really wet, microwave for another 30-60 seconds. Repeat that if you still want it more cooked.
I prefer this to sit for a bit if eating warm, but we especially love it chilled and topped with some whipped cream, fruit, and a little drizzle of nut butter!
