Preheat oven to 350F.
Mix ground chicken with seasonings and baking soda.
Roll on parchment paper is thin as possible. It's best if you use Saran Wrap on top and a rolling pin to flatten so it doesn't stick.
Bake for about 1 ½ - 2 hours or until chicken becomes crunchy. (I know - it will take longer than you think. It'll be a bit flimsy before it crisps up so don't freak out lol)
Make a dip or eat it as is and enjoy!
