Mix half the rice flour with water in a pot, whisking to avoid lumps.
Heat while stirring until thickened.
Remove from heat and whisk quickly to smooth out.
In a bowl, combine the remaining rice flour, potato starch, and salt. Add the warm mixture.
Blend until smooth, then mix in oil.
Transfer to a squeeze bottle or piping bag.
Boil salted water and shape noodles directly into the pot.
Once they float, transfer to ice water, then drain.
Toss with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
