In a bowl, toss chicken with minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Mix well and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Add a good drizzle of olive oil to a skillet on medium high heat.
Add chicken and cook until golden, flipping once halfway through.
Add chili flakes and honey. Stir well to coat the chicken.
Top with green onions and serve over jasmine rice.
