Mix rice with chilli paste, soy sauce and sesame oil, then add to a baking tray
Bake rice at 180°C for about 35-40 minutes, mixing a few times to ensure even crispiness
Cook chicken tenders per packet instructions (air fry at 190°C for 12 minutes)
Thinly slice Lebanese cucumbers and cube avocado
Combine greek yogurt, perinaise, sriracha, sweet chilli sauce and rice wine vinegar to make dressing
Assemble salad with cucumbers, edamame, avocado, green onion, cooked chicken and crispy rice
Drizzle with dressing and top with sesame seeds
