BBQ chicken (olive oil & seasoning) & corn, or use leftover cooked chicken.
Get a large bowl and add greek yogurt, feta, chipotle, lime juice, salt & cilantro. Mix to combine.
Once chicken is cooked to 165 degrees, and corn is looking cooked, remove from BBQ, cut into small bite sized pieces, and add to the bowi with everything else. Mix, taste and adjust if anything is needed.
Serve with chips or veggies to dip, or just as a salad!
