Blueberry Muffins
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin

  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla

  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries

  5. Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean

  6. Cool and enjoy warm
