Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin
In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then gently fold in blueberries
Fill muffin cups ¾ full and bake 18–22 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean
Cool and enjoy warm
