1lb salmon, cut into strips
Wet Batter:
Dry Batter:

Mix together your wet batter. (Make sure you whisk to make sure that egg is well combined)
Place your salmon in your wet batter and let it marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Once the marinating process is complete, batter up your salmon in the dry batter.
Fry at 375 for 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Make your honey hot mixture at meduim low heat.
Sauce your salmon sticks.
