Grease the inside of one regular size muffin tin and the outside/underside of another.
Lay the puff pastry on top of the muffin tin that is sprayed on the inside. Use the other muffin tin to press on top of the dough to make wells.
Add an egg into each well. Followed by some bacon, onions and peppers. Top each with a slice of cheese.
Use a pizza cutter to cut into 12 separate pieces. Then pull the corners of each towards the center and press to seal in the middle.
Brush with the egg wash and sprinkle with Everything Bagel Seasoning.
Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
