Ingredients 🛒
4 boneless chicken cutlets
½ cup grated Pecorino Romano
¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Olive oil for frying
Fresh parsley & lemon wedges for garnish
Lemon Cream Sauce 🍋
2 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup heavy cream
Zest + juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions 👩🍳
1️⃣ Dip chicken into egg, then breadcrumb + pecorino mix.
2️⃣ Pan-fry in olive oil over medium heat until golden and crispy (3–4 min/side).
3️⃣ In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add cream, lemon juice/zest, mustard, salt & pepper. Simmer until slightly thick.
4️⃣ Drizzle warm sauce over crispy cutlets and top with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.
