Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
In the dish, mix chicken, ranch seasoning, Greek yogurt, and half the cheese until coated (add a splash of milk if needed).
Spread evenly, then add frozen sweet potatoes on top (or mix in if preferred).
Sprinkle bacon bits and remaining cheese on top.
Bake 35–45 minutes, until chicken is cooked through (165–170°F) and sweet potatoes are tender.
Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for browning.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
