Pb & J Baked Oats
  1. Mix together rolled oats, bananas, salted caramel soy protein, milk, and baking powder

  2. Fold in frozen raspberries

  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish

  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C

  5. Top with a generous swirl of peanut butter and raspberry jam

  6. Divide into 3-5 servings and store in the fridge

  7. Enjoy hot or cold throughout the week
