  1. Add milk, oil, and egg to a blender and mix until well blended

  2. Add salt and tapioca flour gradually to the blender

  3. Mix again then add the shredded cheese, mixing until just combined without breaking the cheese

  4. Add the mixture to a greased mini muffin pan

  5. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes

  6. Remove from oven and enjoy
