Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
Spread ½ tsp Dijon mustard over each fillet using a spoon or brush.
Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Lightly spray with cooking oil spray for crispiness.
Place in an air fryer at 205°C/400°F and cook for 8 minutes.
Remove and enjoy a perfectly cooked, flaky salmon!
