Easy 20 Minute Balanced Dinner
  1. Preheat your oven to 425

  2. Cut up your broccoli and add garlic + enough olive oil to cover the broccoli. Place on parchment paper and bake at 425 for 15 min

  3. Pat chicken dry, cover with aglio olio seasoning, cut into cubes, and sauté in a pan with avocado oil for 8 min (or until fully cooked) on high heat, flipping halfway through

  4. Boil pasta according to instructions on the bag

  5. Combine cooked pasta, broccoli, and chicken in the chicken pan. Drizzle enough olive oil to cover the pasta, and add parm! I like to do at least 1 cup parm haha I like a lot!

  6. Serve and enjoy!!!! Reheats so well too for lunch the next day
