Honey Garlic Salmon
  1. Pat salmon dry. Season with salt and pepper, Sprinkle with paprika and blackening seasoning. Set aside.Preheat the broiler.

  2. Heat butter and oil over medium-high heat in an oven-proof skillet. Add remaning ingredients and stir until combined.

  3. Place salmon in the skillet skin side down. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, basting several times with sauce.

  4. Broil salmon for 4 to 5 minutes, or until desired degree of doneness. Baste with sauce and serve.
