Start by chopping your firm tofu into cubes and covering in cornstarch, set aside.
Now boil some water and cook your rice to packet instructions and steam your broccoli whilst your rice is cooking.
In another pan, add some oil and flash fry the tofu until crispy.
Once crispy add the ginger and garlic to the tofu and fry a few more minutes and then add the teriyaki sauce and cook for a few more minutes.
Mix all the dipping sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Serve your rice into the containers along with the broccoli and drizzle some soy sauce over the broccoli, add in the tofu and cover in sesame seeds and sriracha mayo and you've got the best meal prep meals.
