Roast the dry spices and grind to fine powder.
Fry veggies and remove.
Fry paneer and remove
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. Let it splutter
Add chopped onions and saute till translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute.
Add tomato puree and turmeric, red chilli powder and salt. Cook till oil seperates.
Add veggies and mix. Cover and cook till veggies are soft.
Add fried paneer, 1tbsp of spice mix. Mix well.
Add a little water. Bring to a boil.
Add kasuri methi, fresh cream, garam masala, sugar and mix.
Garnish with chopped coriander.
