Creamy Garlic Herb Chicken With Cheesy Penne Pasta
  1. Cook penne in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, toss chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken strips until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted and smooth.

  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat, using reserved pasta water if needed to thin the sauce.

  7. Return chicken to the pan and spoon sauce over it. Let everything heat through for 1–2 minutes.

  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
