Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.
Stir in flour.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mix forms a ball (about 1 minute).
Remove from heat.
Beat in eggs THOROUGHLT, ONE at a time.
Beat until smooth.
Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake 20 minutes at 400 F or until done.
Cool.
Prepare 1 large package of vanilla instant/cooked pudding. (cool if cooked.)
Beat 1 8oz. softened cream cheese.
Beat in pudding mix.
Spread on cooled crust.
Top with 8 oz. cool whip.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
