Cream Puffs
  1. Heat water and butter to a rolling boil.

  2. Stir in flour.

  3. Stir vigorously over low heat until mix forms a ball (about 1 minute).

  4. Remove from heat.

  5. Beat in eggs THOROUGHLT, ONE at a time.

  6. Beat until smooth.

  7. Spread on greased cookie sheet.

  8. Bake 20 minutes at 400 F or until done.

  9. Cool.

  10. Prepare 1 large package of vanilla instant/cooked pudding. (cool if cooked.)

  11. Beat 1 8oz. softened cream cheese.

  12. Beat in pudding mix.

  13. Spread on cooled crust.

  14. Top with 8 oz. cool whip.

  15. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
