Chicken Big Mac
  1. Mix a 12 oz can of chicken, 1 cup of shredded cheddar and 1 large egg egg. Shape into 3-4 patties and bake @ 400F for 20 mins on parchment paper.

  2. Then for the Mac sauce mix ¼ cup mayo, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp relish & 1 tsp paprika. You can a splash of vinegar too. Combine it all, spread on your chicken patties with American cheese, lettuce, pickles and onions.
