Easy Homemade Brioche Buns
  1. Measure the bread flour into a bowl

  2. Add the sugar to the flour

  3. Add the fresh yeast to the mixture

  4. Add the salt

  5. Pour in the whole milk

  6. Crack in 1 eggs

  7. Bring ingredients together with a wooden spoon

  8. Transfer to a kitchen aid mixer and knead for 10-15 minutes until gluten develops

  9. Add 30g softened butter and knead for another 2 minutes

  10. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise at room temperature for 1 hour until doubled in size

  11. Deflate the dough and divide into small brioche rolls

  12. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes

  13. Turn the buns in the oven and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown
