Gochujang Pork Fried Rice
  1. Make the gochujang sauce by adding gochujang, light soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and water to a bowl and mix well

  2. Heat a splash of oil in a wok or pan, add the pork and cook stir frying for 3-4 minutes until browned and starting to crisp

  3. Add the garlic, ginger and white part of the spring onions, stir fry for 30 seconds

  4. Add the gochujang sauce and stir together for 1-2 minutes

  5. Add the rice and stir through, then add the green parts of the spring onions and coriander

  6. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes and serve
