Press the tofu with paper towel to remove any excess water.
Using a peeler, peel the tofu to create thin strips.
Heat a frypan over high heat and add some oil.
Add the tofu and cook until lightly golden, tossing occasionally.
Then add the garlic, oregano and paprika, toss and cook for a few minutes.
Combine the tzatziki ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat the pita in the microwave or pan to soften.
Add the tzatziki, lettuce, tofu, tomato and onion.
Fold up and enjoy.
*You could also air fry or bake the tofu instead, just toss the tofu in some olive oil along with the garlic and oregano, bake until golden at 200C
