Whip the cream: In a cold mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (use a hand mixer or stand mixer).
Fold in condensed milk & flavor: Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined. Don’t overmix — you want to keep the fluff.
Freeze: Pour mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container, cover, and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
