'lovely' White Chocolate And Pistachio Breakfast Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180C.

  2. Mash a ripe banana in a bowl.

  3. Add the pistachio cream, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, stirring until well combined.

  4. Mix in the rolled oats and then add the white chocolate chips.

  5. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place them on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket.

  6. Bake for 12-14 minutes.

  7. Allow to cool before drizzling with extra melted pistachio cream.
