Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180C.
Mash a ripe banana in a bowl.
Add the pistachio cream, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, stirring until well combined.
Mix in the rolled oats and then add the white chocolate chips.
Divide the mixture into four equal portions and place them on a lined baking tray or air fryer basket.
Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Allow to cool before drizzling with extra melted pistachio cream.
