Mix your nuts, sugar, and cinnamon
Grease a 13x9 pan, place 1 sheet of phyllo, brush with butter. Repeat 5 more times.
Sprinkle on 1 cup of nut mixture
Continue layering phyllo, butter, and nuts to make 6 more layers.
Place remainign phyllo on top, Brush with butter.
Using a sharp knife, cut halfway through the phyllo, to make a diagonal crosshatch (should make 24 diamonds)
Bake at 300 for 1 hr and 25 minutes, or until top is golden
While that is cooking, heat honey in a sauce pan until warm but not boiling. Pop the baklava out of the oven, spoon over warm honey, let cool for an hour (Seriously, sugar makes BAD burns). Cover with foil and store at room temp.
