In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, chicken broth, egg, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush each ball with melted butter for extra crispiness (optional).
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the turkey is fully cooked and the stuffing balls are golden brown on the outside.
Serve hot and enjoy with gravy or cranberry sauce on the side.
