Mix almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla + sea salt
Fold in ½ c chocolate chips
Line baking sheet with parchment paper, pour the dough onto the sheet + press til firm to make the bark
Melt ¾ c chocolate chips + coconut oil, pour over the bark + spread til even
Sprinkle with a little extra sea salt
Throw in the freezer until set, about 1-2 hours
Remove, break into pieces + enjoy
