pad kra pow
  1. Wash and cut green long beans into inch sized pieces

  2. Mince a few thai chillies (1-2 for a low spice tolerance, and 3-5 for a higher spice tolerance)

  3. Mince a bunch of garlic

  4. Combine light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a little bit of fish sauce

  5. Wash and cook 1-2 cups of rice

  6. In a wok or pan cook your garlic and thai chillies for a few minutes

  7. Add in your pork and cook until browned

  8. Add in the long beans and cook for a few minutes/until slightly softened

  9. Pour in the sauce and mix until everything is combined

  10. Serve the Pad Kra Pow with some rice and enjoy!
