Combine the first 4 ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
Preheat the oven to 180C and bake for 15 minutes, then leave them to cool.
Once cool, spread a spoonful of caramel sauce onto each one, then place them in the freezer for half an hour to set.
Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan half full of water on a low heat.
Dip the biscuits in the chocolate (you might want to do this a couple of times for each biscuit) and then drizzle any extra chocolate on top.
Leave them in the fridge for a couple of minutes so that the chocolate sets, then dig in!
