Sautè your shallots, garlic and peppers. Add all spices. Cook till tender.
Next add the black beans. Mash well. Then add the gluten-free panko breadcrumbs and quinoa.
After cooling to room temperature, add the fresh herbs.
Grease up your hands and mould them into patties
Shallow fry them in some grapeseed oil or throw them into the air fryer. Arrange according to desire.
