Chicken Waldorf Salad
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place chicken on a baking sheet and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake for about 23–25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Allow to cool and slice into bite-sized pieces.

  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, apple, grapes, pecans, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix well and adjust seasoning with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Serve immediately. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator.
