Mix ground pork with green onion, chicken bouillon, brown sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, water, and oyster sauce
Layer ground pork mixture in a soup bowl
Add a layer of Napa cabbage
Add a double layer of wonton wrappers
Repeat layers as desired
Top with another layer of wonton wrappers
Add ⅓ cup of water to the bowl (add more if you prefer more broth)
Steam and boil for 20 minutes until cooked through and juicy
Top with garlic chili crunch
Serve while hot
