Potato Bread
  1. Add flour slowly until the dough is no longer sticky

  2. Add baking soda

  3. Season well with salt and white pepper

  4. Add butter

  5. Add chopped chive or spring onions

  6. Add extra mature cheddar as desired

  7. Fry on a medium heat with oil and butter

  8. Continue to flip until golden
