Caramel Apple Glazed Ham
  1. Apply a thin layer of Dijon mustard to the ham as a binder

  2. Season the ham generously with barbecue rub, getting into all nooks and crannies

  3. Place ham on a baking sheet

  4. Preheat smoker to 275 degrees

  5. Combine 1 cup apple juice, 1-½ tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, ½ cup caramel dip, and 1 tbsp BBQ rub in a pot

  6. Heat glaze mixture until fully incorporated, stirring occasionally

  7. Place ham in smoker and smoke for about 2 hours

  8. After 30 minutes of smoking, begin glazing the ham with the caramel apple mixture

  9. Continue smoking until ham reaches 145°F internal temperature

  10. Pour remaining glaze on top and smoke for 15 more minutes until tacky

  11. Remove from smoker, carve, and serve
