Mix flour and salt, then drizzle in oil
Add water while mixing until a somewhat smooth dough forms
Let dough rest 30 minutes to 1 hour
Mix filling ingredients (potatoes, onion, salt, garam masala, turmeric, cilantro) in bowl
Divide dough into 5 portions
Roll out each portion into a circle
Spread potato filling and sprinkle cheese on each circle
Roll into spiral and roll until flat
Mix yogurt, cilantro, lemon, and salt together for chutney
Pan fry paratha in oil until crispy on both sides
Serve with cilantro yogurt chutney and enjoy
