Samosa Parathas With Cilantro Yogurt Chutney
  1. Mix flour and salt, then drizzle in oil

  2. Add water while mixing until a somewhat smooth dough forms

  3. Let dough rest 30 minutes to 1 hour

  4. Mix filling ingredients (potatoes, onion, salt, garam masala, turmeric, cilantro) in bowl

  5. Divide dough into 5 portions

  6. Roll out each portion into a circle

  7. Spread potato filling and sprinkle cheese on each circle

  8. Roll into spiral and roll until flat

  9. Mix yogurt, cilantro, lemon, and salt together for chutney

  10. Pan fry paratha in oil until crispy on both sides

  11. Serve with cilantro yogurt chutney and enjoy
