25-minute Blackstone Fried Rice (vegetarian)
  1. Heat your Blackstone to medium low and add the oil.

  2. Add the eggs, and cook until set, about 1 minute. Remove to a plate and chop.

  3. Add the bell pepper, onion, and carrots.

  4. Add 1 tablespoon of the soy sauce and ginger.

  5. Cook uncrisp-tendernder, about 3 to 5 minutes.

  6. Add the cooked rice, remaining 3 tablespoons soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili flakes.

  7. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.

  8. Add the egg and cook for 2 more minutes.

  9. Remove from heat and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  10. Top with scallions and sesame seeds if desired.
