Preheat oven to 375°F. Round Baking Stone with sheet of parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine potatoes, 1 egg, salt and pepper. Spread potato mixture into a 12-inch circle on prepared Stone.
Bake 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk remaining 6 eggs and milk. Cook in skillet until just set.
Sprinkle ham, bell pepper, mushrooms, onions and cheese over potato crust.
Top with cooked egg mixture.
Bake 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
Cut pizza with Pizza Cutter, serve using Mini-Serving Spatula.
