Garlicky Lemony Gochujang Butter Salmon
  1. Slice up thin slices of lemon and set aside.

  2. Combine butter mixture in a small bowl and set aside.

  3. Set your oven to 375 degrees f.

  4. To a baking tray lay down a layer of aluminum foil, and spread on butter so the salmon doesn't stick.

  5. Place the salmon the top of the tray.

  6. Spread on a thick layer of the butter mixture.

  7. Sprinkle on a decent amount of salt to each fillet.

  8. Place lemon slices on top of each fillet.

  9. Sprinkle pepper on top of each salmon with lemon.

  10. Cover the baking tray with aluminum making sure it doesn't touch the salmon.

  11. Once the oven is ready, cook salmon for around 10-15 minutes.

  12. Enjoy!!
