Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees. Place the broccoli in a large bowl.
Add the olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper, to taste. Toss to coat well.
Transfer the broccoli to the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
Transfer the broccoli to a serving bowl and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
