  1. Cook chicken an debone

  2. Put in pot with 1 gal water

  3. Bring to simmer an simmer for if me I prefer 4-6 hrs or simmer overnight.

  4. Puree chicken.

  5. Make sure you keep water in at all times when chicken is pureed you need one gallon of stock with chicken if you need to add more water to make a gal do so.

  6. Bring to simmer stir in seasonings

  7. Add corn meal. I make my own roasted corn meal so I am partial. Stir till well blended. Let simmer abit then take off an pour into pan. An cool.

  8. Slice before freezing so all you have to do is take out how many slices you need at a time.
