Skinny Pizza Dough
  1. Mix the water, yeast and sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. If frothy, add to a bowl.

  2. Mix in the flour, salt and yogurt and mix just until combined.

  3. Heat 2 cups of water in the microwave.

  4. Add the dough and set next to the hot water container and close the microwave.

  5. Let sit for three hours or overnight.
