Finely slice the cabbage using a mandolin or knife.
Cut the carrots into match sticks.
Add the cabbage and carrots to a large bowl.
Heat a pan on medium high and add some oil. Fry the dumplings until the bottom is golden brown about 5 minutes.
Add ¼ cup of water and cover with lid and cook for another couple of minutes.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
Once all of the water has evaporated, add the dumplings to the bowl with the cabbage.
Add the dressing and the crushed peanuts.
Toss around and serve. Finish with extra dressing and peanuts.
