Preheat oven to 175C
Add all brownie base ingredients into a food processor and blend for a couple of minutes until a smooth and sticky batter forms
Spoon the batter into a lined baking tin or mould and press down with a spoon to make sure it's all nice and even
Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes, then leave for another half an hour to cool
For the peanut butter layer, combine the cheesecake ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy
Remove the base from the fridge and spoon the peanut butter mixture on top
Place in freezer for 2 hours to set
Eat from frozen, leave for 30 mins at room temperature, or microwave for 30 seconds to eat warm
